For work that requires in country capability in Nigeria, including Land Registry tracing, CAC corporate verification and site verification, we work with vetted, named partners under written confidentiality agreements. The lead investigator on any cross border engagement remains UK based and personally accountable for the integrity of the in country output.
Most firms have a list of things they will not do. Few publish it. Ours is published because the boundary is the protection, for the client, the subject, and the firm.
